
- banana or other fruit, for toppings
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 cups water
- 1.5 cups The Grain Market Steel Cut Oats
- Add the water and oats to your Instant Pot. Make sure the oats are covered by the water.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure release valve to Sealing. Select the Porridge setting, and set the cook time for 12 minutes on high pressure. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- After ten minutes, move the pressure release to Venting to release any remaining steam. Open the lid carefully and stir.
- Add the peanut butter and stir until completely mixed in.
- Garnish with banana and favorite toppings.
