Peanut Butter Cup Energy Bites

  • 1 1/2 cup The Grain Market Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup The Grain Market Flax Seed, ground fine
  • 2 tablespoons The Grain Market Chia Seeds
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup large chocolate chips
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
  • dash of almond milk as needed

 

  1. Combine all dry ingredients. Add honey and peanut butter. Mix to coat ingredients.
  2. Add a small splash of milk and mix well.
  3. Scoop mixture and rolled tightly into one inch balls.
  4. If mixture is not molding together, add an additional splash of almond milk.
  5. Enjoy!!
