- 2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Rolled Oats, ground fine
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Quinoa
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Flax Seeds, ground fine
- 1/4 cup The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- few shakes of cinnamon
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients(excluding the dried cranberries). Mix to combine.
- To the dry ingredients add the vanilla, apple sauce, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- To a prepared baking sheet spread granola mixture into a 1/2 inch thick sheet. This will help clumps to form.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes and then turn off the heat. Leave granola in the oven until it is nicely toasted.
- Let cool completely then top with dried cranberries.
