No Oil Crunchy Granola

 

 

  • 2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Rolled Oats, ground fine
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Flax Seeds, ground fine
  • 1/4 cup The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • few shakes of cinnamon
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients(excluding the dried cranberries). Mix to combine.
  3. To the dry ingredients add the vanilla, apple sauce, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  4. To a prepared baking sheet spread granola mixture into a 1/2 inch thick sheet. This will help clumps to form. 
  5. Place pan in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes and then turn off the heat. Leave granola in the oven until it is nicely toasted.
  6. Let cool completely then top with dried cranberries. 
  7. Enjoy!
