- 2 cups of The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup The Grain Market Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup The Grain Market Rolled Oats, ground into flour
- 1/4 cup The Grain Market Flax Seed, ground into flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- a few shakes of salt
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of honey
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine oats, oat flour, ground flax, chia seeds, coconut, almonds, and salt.
- Mix to combine.
- In a microwave-safe dish melt honey and vanilla.
- Pour honey and vanilla over oats mixture until well combined, adding more honey as needed.
- Pour mixture on a prepared baking dish leaving mixture together in large clumps.
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely. Break into large clumps.
