Almond and Plum Baked Oatmeal

 

 

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground, The Grain Market Flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 small handful of almonds, chopped
  • 8 - 9 purple plums, sliced into wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-size baking dish combine all the ingredients except for the plums. Stir until it is well combined. 
  3. Arrange the plum wedges on top of the oat mixture. 
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and the oats have absorbed all the moisture. 
  5. Enjoy!
