- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon ground, The Grain Market Flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 small handful of almonds, chopped
- 8 - 9 purple plums, sliced into wedges
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium-size baking dish combine all the ingredients except for the plums. Stir until it is well combined.
- Arrange the plum wedges on top of the oat mixture.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and the oats have absorbed all the moisture.
