- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground, The Grain Market Flax Seed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups ground, The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- 1/2 The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl mash bananas.
- To bananas add all ingredients and mix to combine. Add more oat flour if needed.
- Scoop muffin mixture into prepared muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 for 18 - 20 minutes or until the top of the muffins spring back when lightly touched.
