- Measure 1/2 cup of The Grain Market Quinoa, rinse for 1 or 2 minutes with water.
- In a large saucepan measure 1 cup of water.
- Add quinoa and a few shakes of salt.
- Bring water to boil. Cover and simmer.
- Cook until water is absorbed, about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Before serving fluff with fork. (For added flavor substitute water for broth.)
