Quinoa and Fruit Parfait

  • 1 cup The Grain Market Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 - 2 cups fruit any variety
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

 

  1. In 4 glasses layer quinoa, fruit and yogurt. Continue to layer until glasses are full. Garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds.
