- 2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup The Grain Market Rolled Oats, ground
- 1/4 cup The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Flax Seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup favorite cereal (cheerios, rice crispies)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
possible add on's: dried fruit, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts
- Combine Oats, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, oat flour, ground flax, cereal, and Salt.
- Stir to Combine.
- In the microwave heat brown sugar, honey, and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13 dish prepared with parchment paper. Press firmly. Add desired add in's and press firmly again.
- Refrigerate for 30 min.
- Cut and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a quick on-the-go snack.
