Simple Granola Bars

 

  • 2 cups The Grain Market Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup The Grain Market Rolled Oats, ground
  • 1/4 cup The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Flax Seed, ground
  • 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup favorite cereal (cheerios, rice crispies)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
 
possible add on's: dried fruit, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts
  1. Combine Oats, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, oat flour, ground flax, cereal, and Salt.
  2. Stir to Combine.
  3. In the microwave heat brown sugar,  honey, and vanilla.
  4. Mix well. 
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 dish prepared with parchment paper. Press firmly. Add desired add in's and press firmly again. 
  6. Refrigerate for 30 min.
  7. Cut and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a quick on-the-go snack.
