Pumpkin Seed Bars
- 1 Cup Dates
- 4 1/3 oz Chocolate of choice
- 1 Cup The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
- Additional Toppings (sesame seeds, walnuts, coconut)
- Soak The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds in water for about an hour or overnight.
- Rinse the seeds. Add seeds and dates to blender and blend until sticky and combined.
- Melt chocolate.
- Press seed mixture in a prepared baking dish with parchment paper. Press firmly until mixture is tightly formed in the bottom of the dish. Cover with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with additional toppings. Lightly press into chocolate.
- Chill for 30 minutes. Cut and serve. Enjoy
