- 1 cup roughly chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped cashews
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup roughly chopped The Grain Market Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Flaxseed, ground fine
- 1 tablespoon The Grain Market Chia Seeds
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- In a large mixing bowl combine all nuts, seeds, and rice cereal. Stir to combine. Set Aside.
- In a small saucepan combine honey, vanilla, and sugar.
- Bring to boil and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture rest for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour mixture over nuts and stir well, adding more crispy rice if needed.
- Onto a parchment-lined baking sheet press mixture firmly to form a long rectangle against the edge of the pan. (use about 1/4 of the pan)
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- When the mixture is firm cut into bars.
- Enjoy! (store bars in the refrigerator)
