- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen pear
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- In a blender combine almond milk, flaxseeds, and spinach. Blend until the spinach is blended smooth.
- Add frozen fruits and banana, blend until smooth.
