Life can be crazy and schedules can feel exhausting. Many days the last thing we want to worry about is morning meals. Prepping a few things on the weekend or before bed can make all the difference. Overnight oats are such a great treat. Simply find a few small mason jars, place a heaping 1/3 cup of oats and fill the rest of the jar with any milk of preference. Add some chia seeds, dried fruit, nut butter, honey, vanilla, or anything you love. In the morning slice up a banana, chop up some nuts, and top your oats.
