Life can be crazy and schedules can feel exhausting. Many days the last thing we want to worry about are morning meals. Prepping a few things on the weekend or before bed can make all the difference. Overnight oats are such a great treat. Simply find a few small mason jars, place a heaping 1/3 cup of oats and fill the rest of the jar with any milk of preference. Add some dried fruit, nut butter, honey, vanilla, or anything you love. In the morning slice up a banana to garnish and you are on your way. Make one for every day of the week. Another delicious option is chia pudding. Using a small jar fill the bottom with a quarter of chia seeds. Fill the rest of the jar with chocolate almond milk or coconut milk. Shake the jar a few times before bed. The next day throw in some fresh berries or sprinkle a bit of granola on top. It is amazing!!! If you are looking for something different try baked oatmeal. Make a batch on Sunday. Cool completely and divide into small to go jars. In the morning throw it in the microwave for a minute, add your favorite milk, and a few drizzles of maple syrup.
