Growing up we all used to enjoy those delicious rolled oat chocolate cookies. Every mom on the block made them because they were a quick and easy no bake success. They usually consist of oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, butter, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. They are mixed all together in a pot over the stove and plopped onto a cookie sheet to form a delectable sweet treat. But... what are they called? Have you heard of camel poop cookies, poodgies mud pie cookies, preacher cookies, no-name cookies, no-bake cookies or cow patties?? Yes my friends they are all the same cookie. Full of the perfect amount of chocolate and peanut butter that anybody can prepare in a jiff! They come in all shapes and sizes and you can even find a creative genius that might throw in an added ingredient a time or two. Whatever you call them in your neck of the woods, they are a gem from past generations that will live on till the end of time!
